Transformation of a raw construction into a complete home: two bedrooms, open living-dining, two bathrooms, integrated kitchen and laundry, all designed under a unified vision. The aesthetic language fuses minimalism, Japandi warmth and contemporary restraint, in a palette built around Greige — a tone balancing warmth and neutrality with elegance. Materials were selected for aesthetics and climate: matte cedar PVC and warm marble porcelain chosen for Caribbean temperature and humidity.
