What does a full interior design project include?
The process runs in four stages. Diagnosis and conceptualization: lifestyle and needs audit, on-site technical inspection and precision metric survey. Design project: spatial zoning, 2D planimetry, preliminary furnishing proposal and architectural 3D modeling. Project closing: high-fidelity processing with professional software licenses, 4K rendering and the smart shopping and specification guide. And your investment, which brings it all together: full technical visit, 2D planimetry, architectural 3D modeling, materials checklist with shopping guide, software licenses with processing, and 4K rendering.
How much does a project cost?
Every project is quoted individually based on square meters and scope. I don't work with fixed packages because no two spaces are alike. Write me your idea and I'll prepare a tailored estimate, with the fee breakdown in writing.
Do you only work in Bogotá?
I'm based in Bogotá, where I do the on-site technical visits. I also take projects outside the city and abroad: the technical visit happens wherever your project is, and travel expenses — tickets and lodging — are quoted separately, within the technical visit fee. Write me and we'll work out how to handle the survey in your case.
Do you design commercial spaces as well?
Yes. Besides homes, I take on commercial and hospitality projects. The process is the same; what changes is the analysis of use and circulation for each type of space.
What do I receive at the end of the project?
You receive the 2D architectural and layout drawings, the 3D model of your spaces, six 4K rendered views and a materials checklist with the shopping guide: finishes, furniture, paint codes and store links.
Do you supervise the build or just hand over the drawings?
I follow the execution with creative direction and supervision, from day one until every detail matches the original design. Delivery doesn't end at the drawings.
