42.24 m² residential project built from raw construction, transformed into a functional home with short-term rental projection. The main challenge was visual optimization: large mirrors were placed in each space — living, study, main bedroom and bathroom — to amplify spatial perception, multiply light and generate visual continuity. The aesthetic language fuses three currents: the organic warmth of Japandi, the cleanness of contemporary design, and the formal weight of industrial language.
